I was the senior content designer on the Help to Stay Healthy team at NHS England. I:

• worked closely with the designer and user researcher to design a service to help people find new ways to get - and stay - healthy
• ran a naming workshop with the team to help us agree on a service name that was easy for users to find and understand
• paired with a subject expert to write working definitions that gave Personalised Prevention staff a shared understanding of the language they were using internally
